GM Corporate Sales (Gurgaon) for a leading Healthcare Company
The requirement was from one of the leading diagnostic organizations in India for a General Manager Corporate Sales position. The client required a person from a specific industry with b2b sales experience at a general manager level with experience in handling PAN India business.
Since it was a niche requirement it had to be headhunted in order to get the correct profile. Different channels needed to be used to get the contact details of a senior candidate having the required experience.
Around 6 profiles were shared out of which two got shortlisted. The first pitch to the candidate was very important as the interviewee was from a different industry and was at a senior level. A lot of challenges were faced since very few candidates were willing to shift their industry at this level.
