PhD Scientific officer for RT PCR & Covid Testing specialist for a India no. 1 leading Diagnostics Company

Situation

India's No 1 diagnostic company shared with us the mandate for the position of PHD Scientific Officer which was based in Gurgaon with a CTC budget of 9 LPA.

Task

This position was open for 2 months mostly because all the candidates around Delhi NCR and Gurgaon were either already approached for other positions or did not have Covid testing experience for a minimum of one year which was one of the key requirements from the client.

Action

To overcome this challenge we searched candidates from pan India whose home town was in Gurgaon. This would have served as a motivation for any candidate in this pandemic to take up a job there and be with family, as normal straight search was not giving any results. After an aggressive approach for three days to search such a candidate we could come up with a profile whose present work location was in Rishikesh and his family was in Delhi. With dedicated follow ups and planning we could arrange an interview and offer generation to the candidate.

In this process our team was always there to help him get the job within 15 days of identification of the profile. We provided assistance like- 1. Planning the candiate’s entire travel to Gurgaon for interview and final shifting. 2. Arranging the Covid travel pass and necessary tickets. 3. Help him shift to Gurgaon.
