Position: ASM (Individual Contribution role) Budget: 7.5Lacs Location: Ahmedabad Therapy Area: Gyneac - IVF, Infertility segment Criteria: Candidates should be from a reputed Pharmaceutical company. Candidates must have minimum 5 yrs of experience into sales and marketing, and having minimum 3 yrs of experience in core gyne segment and promoting specialized product for the same. Age criteria is 35 yrs maximum Must have a graduation degree TASK: After getting the requirement, initially it was a bit challenging to get perfect profiles for the same.
Since it was a start-up company, initially candidates were not interested. It is a molecular diagnostic organization, so getting candidates from a reputed pharmaceutical company and convincing them was a challenging task. Though the designation was for ASM, but it was an individual contribution role. Most of the candidates were looking for team handling ASM role Getting candidates from core Gyn background, who is promoting IVF, infertility products was difficult in that region.
