Sr.Consultant and Technical Lead Hematopathology ,MD, DM – Hematology profile for a leading Healthcare organization based at Delhi

Situation

This requirement was shared by India's no.1 diagnostic organization for their National Reference Lab.This was a tricky profile as it is quite easy to find a Pathologist in India however DM in Hematopathology is extremely rare and niche.

Task

The task was to find an MD pathologist with a DM in Hematopathology.

Action

A change in strategy had to be done for the searching such profiles. Institutions that taught the similar subjects were targeted. Sharing of messages and emails to different teachers in the institutions were done and from that few references were found.
