The requirement was from one of the leading diagnostic organizations in India for their corporate office. The client was looking for candidates from a specific industry with an MBA from the premium institutes.
Getting marketing candidates from premium institutes was not challenging however convincing them to switch to a different industry was quite tough. Hence proper reasons, so as to why the candidates should switch industry had to be made.
Around 10 profiles were shared in two batch and after multiple interviews one got selected for the role. Reassuring the candidate that switching the industry was the right decision was done constantly.
